Payment, Cancellation, Refund And Delivery Policy

This policy separates the Pact Pass fee from the refundable pact deposit. It also covers cancellations, manual UPI payouts, and digital service delivery.
Pact Pass
Every Pact Pass is free. A Pact Pass gives access to one pact plus review, reminders, operations, and support.
A Pact Pass unlocks one pact. Buying or receiving a pass does not start a pact by itself.
Pact Deposit
The pact deposit is a separate payment collected when the user chooses to start a pact. The pact becomes active only after an unused pass is available and the deposit payment is confirmed.
The deposit is not treated as Pact Raven revenue while it is refundable. It is not a wallet balance, investment, prize pool, or interest-bearing account.
Payment Provider
Collections are expected to run through Razorpay or another approved provider. Written provider comfort for the exact refundable deposit, manual UPI payout, and charity forfeit flow is not confirmed yet. Pact Raven may change providers, pause formal checkout, limit payments to a controlled paid beta, use a manual pilot flow, or manually refund/settle payments if provider approval, compliance review, fraud controls, or operational readiness requires it.
Pact Raven should not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, or payment instrument credentials. Payment instrument handling belongs to the payment provider.
Refund Credit And Payouts
Approved proof creates refund credit according to the pact's rules and the user's selected daily refund schedule. Refund credit is shown in the app immediately after approval, but it is not instant cash.
Users may request payout of available refund credit from the app with correct UPI details. Admin records the UPI reference after payment is made in Pact Raven's database. Users may submit up to two manual UPI withdrawal requests per week. Admin attempts prompt manual UPI transfer after a valid request, subject to correct UPI details, bank/UPI availability, fraud checks, disputes, legal restrictions, and manual review load.
Proof And Forfeits
Rejected, missed, late, unclear, private, deleted, or otherwise invalid proof may forfeit the related deposit amount to Akshaya Patra. Forfeited amounts are not Pact Raven revenue.
Akshaya Patra is the charity destination for forfeited amounts, not a formal Pact Raven charity partner unless Pact Raven states otherwise in writing. Forfeited amounts are recorded internally and transferred to Akshaya Patra in monthly batches.
Users should not assume they will receive a donation receipt, 80G certificate, or tax deduction unless Pact Raven explicitly confirms that arrangement in writing.
Cancellations And Digital Delivery
A draft pact may be abandoned before it starts. Abandoning a draft does not consume a pass. A started pact may end early, but the consumed Pact Pass remains used and the remaining unsettled deposit is forfeited to Akshaya Patra. Any already-approved refund credit remains subject to the manual payout policy unless fraud, dispute, or legal review requires a different settlement.
Pact Raven is a digital service. No physical product is shipped. A paid Pact Pass is credited after successful payment verification, and proof review, refund credit, payout requests, notifications, and support are delivered digitally.

Payment, payout, proof, and account support requests should be acknowledged within 48 hours where practical and resolved within one month where required by applicable law.
