Response Window
Payment, payout, proof, and account support requests should be acknowledged within 48 hours where practical and resolved within one month where required by applicable law.
Approved refund credit is available for manual UPI payout after approval, and users may submit up to two manual withdrawal requests per week. Payouts depend on correct UPI details, bank/UPI availability, fraud checks, disputes, legal restrictions, and manual review load.
What To Include
Include the account email, pact name or ID, payment reference, payout UPI ID if relevant, proof date, screenshots or links where needed, and a short description of the issue.
Users should not share sensitive proof beyond what the pact requires.
